Consultation
In my mind a consultant is like a coach – someone who knows the way around a field with relevant expertise. The purpose of a consultant hence is to help fugure out and word the challenge, design and discuss solution options and support delivery.
Often times it is enough to have someone to talk and discuss the probelm or challenge, someone to ask the right questions or someone who supports and reminds of the need for change.
I have had the wonderful opportunity to consult a fair amount of great people and companies in their challenges. From “I want to start my own company, but don’t know how” to “We are blind on our foreign currency exposure risk, what should we do”, and everything that fits between.
It’s a sense of joy when I see and hear that my support has been of massive benefit and gratitude that I could help.

Project Management
So You know the problem, now what?!
Cool, this is where a project manager jumps in. We, trained professionals, will help to get from problem/idea to execution/delivery, considering and supporting all required steps like – discovery/impact, goal setting, solution design, change management, communication, scalable and appropriate technical design, scoping and execution.
The people doing their day to day (BAU – business as usual) are usually great in defining the idea/problem, but rarely have time and energy to execute. A project manager jumps in as needed and out when probelm is solved as per requirement.
The projects I have managed range from manual work automation, to data improvements, to Mergers & Acquisitions to production efficiency to business analytics to cash flow management to IFRS reporting, name a few.

Analytics
Data is everywhere. A friend of mine (a superman CTO) likes to say “the stone age didn’t end because the stones ran out.” I like this analogy – it reminds me how much I dislike “stupid manual work” and why I lave data analytics.
Analytics is a broad term, but in core, for me, it means the following 4 simple things – get the (relevant) data (from all required sources), transform it (make it usable), expose it (make it visible), use it (discover problems, take decisions, deliver success).
Over time I have gathered around myself a team of data professionals (analysts & engineers), a fantastic group, a mastermind. Together we build, fix and develop solutions that are scalable, reliable & cost efficient. We are not tied to any provider nor merchant, hence we always seek for the most suitable options for our customers.
If You are ready to do things differently, I am ready to help.
