My Journey
My career has been a journey through diverse fields, from traditional finance and accounting to the fast-paced world of fintech. I’ve had the privilege of leading projects and solving challenges across wholesale, retail, production and real estate. This broad experience has taught me a simple truth: the best solutions come from a blend of hard-won expertise and a genuine curiosity to learn. As a freelancer and business owner, I’ve developed a deep appreciation for the unique challenges that small and medium-sized businesses face. I find real joy in helping them turn their problems into successes, and my blog is where I share some of the lessons I’ve learned along the way.
Skills & Experience
While I have a degree in Business & Project Management, my most valuable skills have been built through real-world challenges. I’ve taught myself SQL, BI tools, IFRS reporting, and FX accounting by getting my hands dirty and learning from the best. I am fully capable of runnign a team of full-stack engineers as well as technical analysts and operations specialists. I’ve had the honor of leading brilliant teams and believe in the power of leading by example. I’m a team player at heart, but I’m also comfortable tackling solo missions to get the job done.

Beyond Work
I’m a strong believer in work-life balance. When I’m not helping businesses, you can find me on a motorcycle, a snowboard, or a sailboat. I also find peace in the quieter pursuits of hiking and growing plants. I’ve learned that nurturing an active body and mind is just as important as nurturing a business. The skull tattoo on my arm might seem intense, but it has a very different meaning to me—feel free to ask me about it if we ever meet.
